These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pkr366 ("pkr366", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://pkr366.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing any area of the Platform, placing a wager, or accepting any bonus or promotion, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and accepted this Agreement in its entirety.
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 below.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds wagered.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pkr366.

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on pkr366, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• Jurisdiction: You must confirm that accessing and using the Platform is not prohibited by the laws of your country, province or region. If you are located in a Prohibited Territory, you must not attempt to register or use the Platform.
• Single account: Each individual may hold only one Account on pkr366. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal use: Accounts may be used for personal entertainment only. Commercial exploitation, agent-play or use on behalf of any third party is not permitted.
• Not a problem gambler under self-exclusion: If you have self-excluded from pkr366 or any operator under applicable agreements, you must not attempt to register a new account.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested by the registration form. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. pkr366 strongly recommends:

• Using a unique, strong password not shared with other services.
• Enabling two-factor authentication if available on the Platform.
• Never sharing your login credentials with any third party.
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been performed by you. pkr366 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain reasonable security practices. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.

pkr366 is required to conduct identity verification as a standard compliance and fraud-prevention measure. KYC checks may be triggered at account registration, upon first withdrawal request, when deposits or withdrawals exceed certain thresholds, or at any other time at the Platform's reasonable discretion.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — for Pakistani users, a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport is accepted.
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement, typically dated within three months).
• A selfie or liveness-check image alongside your identity document where required.
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., account screenshot showing your name).

All documents must be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification interface only. You must never alter, obscure, crop or digitally modify any identity document before submission. Submission of falsified documents constitutes fraud, is a material breach of this Agreement, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

pkr366 may suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period notified by the Platform may result in Account restriction.

Deposits into your pkr366 Account must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

Available deposit methods are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may include bank transfer options and digital wallet references familiar in Pakistan. The mention of Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other payment provider on this Platform is for contextual reference only. pkr366 does not represent that these providers endorse gambling, support this operator, or that these channels are confirmed as currently available — always verify available deposit methods in the cashier section.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified at point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• All deposits are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the User's responsibility.
• pkr366 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposited funds are available for wagering upon confirmed receipt by the Platform. Processing times vary by payment method.
• pkr366 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that appear inconsistent with the User's account history or that raise fraud concerns.

Users may request withdrawal of their real-money balance (excluding any locked bonus balance) subject to the following conditions:

• KYC completion: Withdrawal requests will only be processed once satisfactory identity verification has been completed in accordance with Section 5.
• Minimum withdrawal: Withdrawal amounts must meet the minimum threshold set by the Platform for the selected payment method, as displayed in the cashier section.
• Method matching: Withdrawals must, where technically possible, be directed to the same payment method used to make deposits. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Bonus conditions: Any active bonus wagering requirement must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings become available for withdrawal. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting rollover conditions may result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled.
• Account standing: Accounts under review, flagged for suspicious activity, or subject to an active compliance investigation may have withdrawals suspended pending resolution.

pkr366 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timeframes. Processing times depend on the chosen payment method, completion of KYC and volume of pending requests. Users should check the cashier section or contact support for status updates on pending withdrawals.

pkr366 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit-match promotions, free spins, cashback arrangements and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general provisions in this section.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all pkr366 promotions unless a specific offer's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds must be turned over the specified number of times (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x) before withdrawal. The wagering requirement is stated clearly in each offer's terms. A PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x requirement means PKR 30,000 in total bets must be placed.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, individual bet or stake sizes may be capped (commonly at PKR 500–PKR 1,000 per round). Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings at pkr366's discretion.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute less. A contribution table is provided in each relevant offer's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses have a defined validity period (e.g., 7 or 30 days from issuance). Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in the bonus being voided.
• Maximum cash-out: Certain bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus winnings. This cap is stated in the specific offer terms.
• One bonus per household / IP: Bonus offers are limited to one per person, household and shared IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse: pkr366 reserves the right to withdraw bonuses, void related winnings and close Accounts where promotional abuse, hedging or manipulation of bonus conditions is suspected.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market or game, in addition to the general rules in this section.

• Bet confirmation: A wager is considered accepted only once a confirmation message or unique bet reference is issued by the Platform. Bets not confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors or stake rejection are not valid wagers.
• Odds: pkr366 displays odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmed bet placement are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Live / In-Play betting: Live betting markets may be suspended, voided or settled at the Platform's discretion where technical issues, event interruptions or scoring disputes occur. pkr366 is not liable for losses arising from legitimate suspension of live markets.
• Obvious errors: In the event of a manifest pricing error (e.g., clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault), pkr366 reserves the right to void affected bets at its reasonable discretion and refund the original stake.
• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules for that sport, which are published in the Platform's sportsbook rules section.
• Casino game fairness: Casino games (slots, table games, live dealer) operate using certified random number generation or live dealer mechanics as applicable. RTP percentages displayed on the Platform are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
• Maximum winnings: pkr366 may impose maximum payout limits per bet or per day/week. These limits are communicated in the Platform's sportsbook and casino terms.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or below the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where doing so is unlawful.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software ("bots"), arbitrage strategies intended to abuse bonus conditions, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using the Platform for money-laundering purposes.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing others to operate your Account.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals that are not the result of genuine unauthorised transactions.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing or threatening conduct toward pkr366 staff or other users.

pkr366 reserves the right to void bets, forfeit balances, suspend or permanently close Accounts, and take such other action as it deems appropriate — including referral to relevant authorities — in response to any prohibited conduct detected.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the pkr366 brand name, logo, domain name, software, website design, text, graphics, images, odds data, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of pkr366 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or display any part of the Platform without express written consent from pkr366.
• Use pkr366 branding or trademarks for any commercial purpose.
• Scrape, crawl or extract data from the Platform using automated tools.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code from any Platform software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr366 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your gambling activity, including betting losses.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, connectivity issues or circumstances beyond pkr366's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain Account security as set out in Section 4.
• Decisions made based on information contained on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional descriptions.
• Any consequential, indirect, special or punitive loss or damage.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by pkr366's negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

pkr366 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing or bonus abuse.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions raised by the User or their payment provider.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the User or instruction from a responsible gambling body.
• Regulatory or legal requirement.

Where an Account is closed following confirmed breach of these Terms, pkr366 may forfeit any outstanding balance. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to User breach (e.g., regulatory withdrawal from a market), pkr366 will endeavour to process withdrawal of any verified real-money balance to the User's registered payment method.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are addressed under Section 14.

pkr366 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools for Users who wish to manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on their Account.
• Loss limits: Users may restrict the maximum net loss permitted in a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Time alerts can be set to notify Users of the duration of their current session.
• Self-exclusion: Users may request a cooling-off period or full self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority. Once a self-exclusion is in place, pkr366 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.

pkr366 does not represent that the Platform or its services are appropriate, lawful or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users access the Platform at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.

pkr366 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided — for example, through a notification banner on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.

The version and effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates the currently applicable Terms. Archived prior versions may be requested from support.
